“X-Men ’97” Season 2 Review

The X-Men, a band of mutants who use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them, are challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future.

This season was fun in terms of the references and content from the comics that’s finally made it to the screen, but it feels like it was missing the amazingly over the top heroics of the first season, bouncing from reference to reference.
