Notting Hill: Directed by Roger Michell. With Hugh Grant, Julia Roberts, Richard McCabe, Rhys Ifans. A set of circumstances makes Anna Scott, a famous actress, fall in love with William Thacker, owner of a bookstore in Notting Hill. But the paparazzi’s fascination with her complicates their bond.

A lovely romantic comedy that I’ve always enjoyed, so I decided to show it to my wife who declared it to be one of the most boring movies she’s ever seen.
