The Borg travel back in time intent on preventing Earth’s first contact with an alien species. Captain Picard and his crew pursue them to ensure that Zefram Cochrane makes his maiden flight reaching warp speed.

I thought ‘Generations’ looked great in 4k, but holy moly ‘First Contact’ is absolutely gorgeous, with every single one of the space scenes looking better than nearly anything that Trek has put out since 1996. The soundtrack is still amazing and imho is the best soundtrack of the franchise.
