Descent
Kloos is firmly one of my favorite military science fiction authors right now and this fourth entry into his Palladium series continues to reaffirm that affinity. There’s not enough spaceship combat for my tastes, but it’s more than made up for by the political and personal drama happening on the surface of one of the main planets.
