Atomic Habits
I read this for a book club that I’m participating in through my local PMI chapter, unfortunately there were only two of us that participated in the meeting, but we had a great conversation about the book. I had my concerns about how dry I was expecting the book to be, but author James Clear really made an excellent collection of narratives and stories to go along with the basic principals for iterative and continual improvement. The entire book boils down to making tiny nearly imperceivable changes to your habits, but to be intentional about them, measure them and be sure that you’re moving in the right direction every day. If you do this for long enough you’ll make some pretty big changes in your life.
