Directed by Gene Stupnitsky. With Jacob Tremblay, Keith L. Williams, Brady Noon, Molly Gordon. Three 6th grade boys ditch school and embark on an epic journey while carrying accidentally stolen drugs, being hunted by teenage girls, and trying to make their way home in time for a long-awaited party.
I honestly didn’t know much going in and I think that skipping all the trailers and just watching this based on a personal recommendation is the way to go. This is a hard R movie for language and sexual conversations, but it’s all completely within the scope of what freshly minted 6th graders would be talking about.
